Welcome to luinicreations.com ( hereinafter, "Website" ) owned by Luini Creations S.L.U. ( hereinafter, "Luini Creations" ).

For the purposes of this document, the term “Website” shall be understood to include any webpage or section thereof, domain, subdomain, or “Software as a Service” (SaaS) owned by Luini Creations.

Any individual, entity, or agent ( including, but not limited to, a natural person, legal entity, automated system, software programme, computer application, digital agent, bot, AI, or any type of device or mechanism ) who accesses, visits, browses, interacts with, uses, or otherwise engages with the Website automatically acquires the status of user ( hereinafter, the “User” ).

We inform you that access to, visitation of, browsing, use, or utilisation of the Website is subject to the terms set out in these Term of Use. The User should be aware that certain products, services, content, or functionalities available on the Website may be subject to particular terms and conditions which, in the event of any discrepancy or conflict, shall prevail over these Term of Use.

By accessing, visiting, browsing, using, or otherwise engaging with the Website and its materials, the User acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms of Use in full and without reservation. Where the User is able to interact with the AI through tools developed by Luini Creations that allow the input of text or other types of information, Luini Creations recommends that the User refrain from entering personal, sensitive or confidential data.

Luini Creations does not use information entered by the User to train or improve AI models.

Any illegality, invalidity or ineffectiveness of any clause contained in these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The affected clauses shall be replaced or supplemented by other valid and lawful provisions that preserve the purpose of the replaced ones. The User expressly waives any claims for damages arising from such circumstances.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.
